1. What do I need when renting a vehicle from KBE?

When taking over the vehicle, you will need:

  • Your booking confirmation to prove yourself.

  • main driver's credit/debit card with sufficient funds for a car deposit.

  • Valid driving license was released at least 12 months ago .

  • Civic a any next one document identity , which will be car rental to demand

Age the driver must a flat between 21 and 70 years .

2. Can I reserve a car for someone else?

Yes, if they meet the stated conditions. Just fill in their details during the booking process.

3. Are all fees included in the rental price?

Our rentals include theft protection, collision damage waiver (CDW), local taxes, airport surcharges and any road charges. You will pay for any "extra" services when you pick up the car, along with additional driver fees and one-way rental fees. However, we will explain any additional charges before you book the car. Our staff will gladly explain to you more information about what is included in the price.

4. What is a pre-authorization deposit?

A deposit is required for each vehicle rental. We perform the deposit in the form of pre-authorization - an operation used to block a certain amount on the card. This operation is performed by the card authorization center of the respective bank. After returning the vehicle in good order, this deposit is released. (The entire amount of the pre-authorization remains on your account, if the car is returned in good order, this amount is released, if it does not serve as a deposit during the settlement of the insurance claim).

The deposit, which is blocked on your card, will be released by us immediately after the vehicle is returned in good order, that is, if the vehicle is returned clean, refueled and without new damage. Subsequently, it depends on your bank when it processes the release of funds.

5. What is the amount of the deposit?

The amount of the deposit depends on the vehicle category:
For Hyundai i20 and Hyundai i30 Combi vehicles, the amount of the deposit is  800 EUR.
Škoda Superb and Škoda Superb Combi, the amount of the deposit is 1200 EUR.
BMW 5 Touring, BMW 320d and BMW X3 is the height deposit of 1500 EUR.
BMW X5 and Mercedes Vito, the amount of the deposit is 1800 EUR.

6. What is the condition of the vehicle when it is handed over?

You will always receive a clean vehicle from us, with a full tank and a valid Slovakia vignette. In our fleet, we only have the newest vehicles that are no more than 2 years old.

7. What documents are they for the car ?

When handing over the vehicle, you sign the rental agreement, one copy of which you keep in the vehicle, and you receive all the necessary documents for the vehicle (technical license, proof of compulsory insurance, accident report, important contacts)

8. To which countries can I travel with your vehicle?

Without any restrictions you can go to European Union with exception of Bulgaria and Romania . With ours vehicles is prohibited travel on the Ukraine , to Serbia , Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina , Albania and Macedonia.

9. Does the vehicle have a valid vignette?

When renting a vehicle, the vehicle has a vignette valid for Slovak Republic. In the case of handing over the vehicle on the airport in Vienna you will get also valid Austria vignette.

10. What should I do in case of an accident?

Please contact us as soon as possible on the phone number that you will receive from us when handing over the vehicle and also contact the police of the Slovak Republic.

11. When is my reservation confirmed?

The reservation you made through our website is provisional. Our reservation department will contact you as soon as possible with a specific offer for the vehicle. The reservation is confirmed only after confirmation from our reservation department.

12. What should I do if I need to extend my car rental?

As soon as possible, it is necessary to inform our reservation department about this fact and check the possibility of extending the lease.
